Italy Station specializes in the buying, trading, and re-selling pre-owned authentic luxury designer handbags and accessories. We also sell and wholesale brand new authentic luxury designer handbags and accessories in great discounted prices. Like-new and gently used items can be found at up to 70% off retail, and brand new items for up to 50% off retail.

Italy Station started its online eBay business in 2001 before expanding to our Hawaii retail store in 2004 and Hong Kong retail store in 2005. Since then, our customer base has expanded to an international audience, with buyers and sellers visiting from all parts of the world to select from luxury designers such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Balenciaga, Christian Dior, Prada, Miu Miu, and Fendi at our Causeway Bay, Hong Kong showroom.

What payment methods does Italy Station accept and is it secured?

We accept Paydollar, Paypal, Visa, Master, Alipay, Unionpay and Bank Wire for online customers.
We accept Cash, Visa, Master, American Express at shop (6 or 12 months Installment available for HSBC credit card holders).

Note: Paypal provides confirmed address for members in US, CA, or UK. We only accept paypal confirmed address. Sometime we do ship item to unconfirmed address to our familiar returned customer. If you do want us to ship item to your unconfirmed address, you must leave us your ebay account and phone #. We will need to know your ebay ID in order to review your feedbacks, your purchase & selling records and then decide to ship or not to your uncomfirmed address. Payment Method & Security

For all the orders, you are required to make the payment online. The online transaction processing is provided by PayDollar using the highest commercially available encryption technology - 128-bit SSL encryption. All confidential information is automatically encrypted before it is transmitted, to protect the data from being read and interpreted. 3-D Secure authentication is also supported such as Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.

Data Privacy

We are committed to protect the privacy of customers information. We will not sell, exchange or lease out the information of the customers (including name, email address, mail address, telephone number, credit card details and transaction records) to any third party.

Note: Please note if the item is used, despite our best efforts to describe the condition of the item, there is a possibility that some areas are missed during the inspection process. We do not guarantee all flaws are shown in the pictures due to the difficulty and limitations. Therefore, we have many pictures from different angles. All items are sold As-Is. We can send refund to you. However, the item has to be the same condition as when we sent out and item must return within 72 hours of arrival or we will not issue refund. I would like to purchase from Italy Station.com but I worry about paying custom tax?

We always love to work something out for our customer. In order to avoid the tax, we will mark your item as gift and under value your item like 30USD to $200USD only, so you will not have to pay local custom tax.

If I purchase more than 1 (one) item at a time, will I get some discount?

Yes, you will able to get discount on saving on shipping fee. And the more you purchase at the same time, you more discount you will get.

What if I am US/CA/UK buyer but have no paypal confirmed address?

I am an international buyer (non-US/CA/UK) and so don't have confirmed paypal address! How can I purchase?

If you want us to ship item to other countries other than US/CA/UK, you must leave us your ebay account and phone #. We will (may) need your feedback, your purchase & selling records to decide whether or not shipping the item to your unconfirmed address. I am first time customer, will you able to setup a new auction in ebay for me to place bid?

Yes, we will able to do so for you. However, before you place your "buy it now" on ebay auction and pay for the item, other buyers will still be able to purchase the item from us through our website.

I have paid thur paypal, is that mean I am the winner of the item?

We tried our best to maintain the website for sold items, but sometime the item is sold at shop or other auction sites right before we receive your payment. In this case, first pay first get. Item will only sell to the person who is paid earliest unless we have more than 1 in stock. We will issue a full refund to you as soon as possible.

What shipping method does Italy Station use and how long does shipping take?

We use either EMS or Fedex. Normally, it takes 3~4 days to UK, Canada or USA. Other area may take longer. (Delivery time may vary by custom delay or clearance). Thanks for your understanding.

Does shipping include insurance, online tracking # and signature confirmation?

Both EMS and Fedex includes online tracking # and signature confirmation. Parcel can be tracked at www.hongkongpost.com for EMS and www.fedex.com for Fedex. We normally use EMS shipping under $1300 USD and it includes $1000HKD (~$130 usd) insurance by default. Fedex shipping includes $100 USD insurance by default. Additional insurance can be purchased per customer request. However, the more insurance you purchase, the more value we have to declare on the package. The more value is declared on the package, the higher chance of being taxed from your custom.

I have already paid for the item. Will I get a tracking # or shipment notification?

Yes, our automatic email system will forward the item tracking # to your paypal email (the email address that you sent payment) as soon as we have the item shipped out. And of course, you may want to email us for your tracking# as well.

If I don't see the purse I love, will you able to find it for me?

Yes, we will try our best to locate the item that you looking for. However, please let us know your budget & the condition that you are looking for. Thanks.

What about if I am not satisfied on the item that I just purchased from Italy Station.com?

Please email us at Italy Station@hotmail.com as SOON as possible. Our professional assistance will do our best to work something out with you.

It has been a week after receiving the shipping confirmation, but I still have not receive the item. What can I do?

If the item has been shipped 7 business days and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier on your side directly by phone with the tracking #. Most of the time the parcel is just waiting for you to pick up. The postman is supposed to leave you a note in the envelope when no one is home, but sometimes it gets misplaced. In the mean time, email us and keep us posted on the status. If the post office still do not have it with them, we will file an official parcel trace on side and will get back to you as soon as we get an answer from post office. Please understand the parcel trace process may take a while to get response and we have no control on that. Thank you for your patience.

Does Italy Station.com has any return policy?

Yes, we do. Please look into the pictures for a general understanding the condition of the item. Even though 99.9% of the customers are happy with our products, we do not guarantee all flaws are shown in the pictures due to the difficulty and limitations. However if high bidder do think the condition is NOT as descript. We will issue a refund to you. But, the item has to be the same condition as when we sent out and item must return within 72 hours of arrival or we will not issue refund (refund will only able to issue AFTER we got the item back). shipping fee is not refundable and we will charge additional 20% restocking fee. Full refund will only issue to authenticity issues.

All our items are 100% AUTHENTIC. We have reliable resources direct from Europe. Moreover, we have at least 2 professionals & experts who are in this business for over 10+ years to inspect every single item before offering it to our customers. If you believe your item is not authentic and to be fair, we need to go through a third party online authentication company "mypoupette". Angie is an expert in designer merchandiser for over 25 years and also the founder of mypoupette(Contact info can be found at www.mypoupette.com). In most cases, they can authentic items by seeing the online pictures (or customers can send pictures directly to Angie). In some rare cases, they might need to see the actual item. We will issue a full refund including shipping & authentication fee if they found the item is indeed not authentic; otherwise, buyer is responsible for any fees related to this matter. You will have 7-days to return the item in original condition for a full refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I want to sell my bag, will Italy Station.com buy it?

We may able to buy a bag from you but it really depends on style & price that you are willing to sell.

Does Italy Station.com accept layaway payments plan (installment)?

Yes, we do accept payments plan. However, the item will not send out until the full payment has been made. All deposit is NON-transferable and NON-refundable.

Is the“Original Price”on www.italystation.com same as the HK shop retail price (MSRP)?

Most of them are the exact HK shop price, but we can’t guarantee the prices, since retail shops change their prices from time to time. We also use the euro retail price to best estimate the HK original retail prices for some items.
